Introduction

This guide is to show the process for creating or restoring a backup of the system.

Creating a system backup

Currently it is not possible for users to backup and restore the system.

If there is a requirement to create a backup or restore a system to a previous backup, please contact our Support team to arrange this process.

Once backup/restore is completed Support will confirm this with you and close the request.
