How to prevent e-mails sent from Business Cloud being treated as spam?

Introduction

In order for your emails coming from Business Cloud Essentials to avoid being labelled as spam, an SPF record should be created on your domain. 

Setting up SPF file on the domain

If you have several domains, it is the one which matches the suffix in the email address used as the main address within Business Cloud Essentials, located at Company Settings > Company Details > Main Contact Details > Email. Typically this would be something like 'info@company.com', so then SPF record needs to be added to the 'company.com' domain. 

Your domain host will have information about the exact process and syntax to create an SPF record for your domain on their system. 

This SPF record should contain details about Business Cloud Essentials domain:

"sl1hudxsmtv01p.cloudessentials.oneadvanced.com"([217.68.68.139])

to allow our system to be labelled as authorised by your domain.
